A quick demo of a warm-up aid for increasing blood flow to stiff muscles, by using a Rolling Pin of all things. I normally use a "Stick" roller device, but not everyone has a Stick, and most can get a rolling pin for less than $10. (Got mine for about $5 at WM) You can take the roller across the areas shown in the video, but do it about 10-15 times,back & forth, across those regions. You may find it really helpful for quads & calves, especially.
