Description:  A quick demo of a warm-up aid for increasing blood flow to stiff muscles, by using a Rolling Pin of all things. I normally use a "Stick" roller device, but not everyone has a Stick, and most can get a rolling pin for less than $10. (Got mine for about $5 at WM) You can take the roller across the areas shown in the video, but do it about 10-15 times, back & forth, across those regions. You may find it really helpful for quads & calves, especially.

kettlebell27 I didn't invent it, I just came up with a routine from a device called The Stick, after seeing their recommendations on how to use it. So, I basically created a small demo on how to do that type of thing with a rolling pin instead. Its not quite the same feel or flexible nature of The Stick, but for like your thighs & calves, it works great if you have some mild soreness that needs to be massaged out a bit.
