Description:  Give this fat burning circuit a try in place of your long, boring cardio!

Squats x 20
Pushups x 12
Mountain Climber x 10 each leg
Alternating Forward lunges x 10 each leg
Medicine Ball Rotation x 20

Repeat 3-5 sets, resting for one minute in between!
