This was my former DVD I created, now available on YouTube. Its a 10 minute video, showing how to do a 4 minute 'Tabata' workout of kettlebell swings or dumbbell swings, combined with jump rope drills. Includes a warm-up routine with 'The Stick' device, instructions on the KB & DB swing variations, plus jump roping demo's. This video will be part of a combined package of products that I will be selling soon on my website, called 'The 7 Secrets of Super Strength & Speed'.
